How to activate Photoshop Element 9

Question

Hello,

I have a license for Adobe Photoshop Elements 9.

When I try to activate it, it tells me it's already activated on two other PCs and
that it therefore cannot be activated on a third PC.

I don't have access to the PCs on which I previously activated the license.

I accessed my Adobe online account, and I can see the software with the license, but
if I go to "Activated Devices," the list is empty.

Is it possible to deactivate the license on the first two PCs?

Can I contact Adobe to have them do it?

@mapomme_0950 Adobe no longer reset activation counts, so if you can't deactivate from the old PCs you're out of luck, the activated devices in your account is for the Creative Cloud apps only
