how to add a preset to Elements? greyed out

Hi!

How do I add presets into Elements? I downloaded the preset I want to add and put it in the "presets" folder within Elements but it is greyed out.

Legend

xmp is a "sidecar" file-- it's typically paired up with an image.

Where you show the xmp file is not correct-- presets go in the any of the appropriate yellow folders. Please don't leave that xmp file it it's current location.

What's the actual preset? Knowing that would let us know exactly where the prest has to go.

IN MY WINDOWS COMPUTER I have lots of preset folders- some I can manually put stuff in and they will work just fine, others I don't worry, or care about.
