How to change angle of brushes in elements 15

Hi, just wondering if there is a way to change the angle of a brush in Elements 15.  For brushes that angle from left to right, is there a way to "flip" it so that you can use it on the other side of the page, coming from right to left? I think this can be done in full Photoshop, so just seeing if there's a way of also doing it in Elements.
