How to change black to red (or any other color)?

Hello.

I use Photoshop Elements 2021 for Mac.

I have an RGB image that is a logo : gray images and black text on transparent background. I would like to change black to red (and therefore gray to light red...). How can I do?

Exactly for texts and lines. But it looks like the picture still has black color, and the black color should be converted to red (like the grey to pink).
