How to contact Adobe [ Photoshop Elements 14 crashes every time I use it.]

My Photoshop Elements 14 crashes every time I use it.  I need to contact Adobe for options on upgrading to PSE15 or reverting back to a previous version. I have followed steps for fixing 14, but none work.  I've read the 14 is bad for crashes and hopefullt 15 is better.

    Which operating system? Any error message? Error code?

    Does it crash on startup or after you have successfully launched it?

    As suggested by hatstead, don't buy the PSE15 version before using the free trial version first.

    Please consider that there are tens of thousands of happy users... and a small fraction of users with real problems. That small fraction means hundreds or thousands voices coming on the forums to complain which is not a fair view since happy users never come there.

    The truth is that there are more problems than before on account of OS and hardware changes. If you have problems with PSE14, you'll likely have the same with PSE15.

    You could try to describe in detail what happens now to get help from other users.

    1. It is unlikely that Adobe will support PSEv14 or an earlier version, even if you would be able to contact them.

    2. Suggest that you down load the 30-day free trial of PSEv.15 and evaluate if it functions well on your equipment.
