How to copy Photoshop Elements disc onto a laptop without cd drive?

Hello, I just purchased a laptop without a cd drive. I have a physical copy of Photoshop Elements 2019 and want to install it in a laptop without a CD drive. Is it possible to copy the software onto a thumb drive and install it on the laptop?

I don't see why that should be a problem. Select all files and copy them on to a usb drive on a system with cd drive offcourse.

Perhaps it would also be possible to simply download the installer from the adobe site and use your licence key from the box on that.
