How to create rotating 3D image from multiple photos

I'm looking for some guidance on creating a rotating 3D image from multiple images. I have taken photos of each side of a product and would like to turn it into a rotating 3D image. I have access to either Photoshop Elements or AI. All of the instructions I can find online are for creating like a logo and making it spin, not using existing static photos. I appreciate any assistance anyone could provide.
