How to create shortcut to open Photoshop Elements 2018 Editor directly?

Using Win 10

It takes too long to boot up the Organizer just to get to the Editor.   I'd like to save time by creating a shortcut directly to the Editor.   So far, all I've managed to do is create a short cut to PhotoShop Elements in general. Is there no way anymore to go directly to the editor?

Help is appreciated.

Thank you so much!   That was exactly what I was trying to do but I couldn't find the Editor Application.

    From the Editor:

    Help > Welcome Screen

When the welcome screen opens, click the icon and choose to open with the Editor.
