How to disactive (unactive) Photoshop Elements Windows 10

I have had two computers on my desk. Now am going to recycle and empty the oldest one. How to disactive my Adobe Photoshop Elements (13). I would like then to activate the program on my laptop. There is no enough clear advise. (I would appriciate advises in Finnish if it is also yours motherlanguage)
