How to download PDF guides to PSE 2021

Adobe has some guides in PDF that an overseas support person said he would download to my computer, but I cannot locate them.  Please tell me how to download them.

Hi,

 

Unfortunately, there are no PDF versions of the latest Photoshop Elements User Guide or the Elements Organizer User Guide. You can however read them online here:

Elements Organizer User Guide

 

The last PDF guides were produced two years ago, so will still be very relevant but missing any changes introduced in Elements 2020 and 2021:
