How to download photoshop elements to another computer?

Hello! I am wondering how I could redownload photoshop elements to my new computer. I received a download for it about a year ago, and I would like to use it on my newer computer which would run it better. Thank you!

-you will need to enter your original serial number during install for non-Cloud programs

Do be sure to download the correct 32bit or 64bit version that is for your serial number
