how to download updates for adobe elements

I am running Adobe elements on Mac OS 10.13.3 and I am getting a configuration error #16. which says I should uninstall and reinstall the product I see the uninstall feature but don't know how to download the latest copy

I have Adobe elements 13 organizer version 13.1.  --  Adobe Photoshop elements 13.  -- and  Adobe photoshop elements 13 editor


If you wish to uninstall and re-install you can download Elements 13 from the link below. Validate with the 24 digit serial number from your original purchase.

Click the link and twirl open the Elements 13 tab.

Download Photoshop Elements 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, and 7

I was not able to find the 

Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLStore or

  1. Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe PCD. 






I had the show all files including hidden and didn't find them manually or by using a search program that includes hidden items
