Question

How to enlarge transferred photos

Hello,

My photos are so small after initially transfering them from my camera, (Elements 2020), that I can't easily see them except with reading glasses on.  They appear in a film strip display.  Is there a way to enlarge the photos for a more easy review before downloading them into my Organizer.  Thanks for any help.

Dan

Jeff is refering to the Adobe Photo Downloader (APD) which is the dialog used to import files from a camera or card reader.  I know of  no way to increase the size of the thumbnails (for culling your photos before import).  However, you can increase the size of the dialog (to fit more thumbnails) by click and dragging the lower right corner of the dialog window:

Thanks Greg.  It's unfortunate that the images can't be enlarged at this point.  It seems like it should be a basic feature of the program.

Are you talking about the Photo Downloader dialog?

What operating system are you using?

Jeff,

Thanks for getting back to me.  Responding to your questions: I am not sure what you mean by a photo downloader dialog, and my computer is a Dell laptop.
I enjoy wildlife photography, and as such often shoot bursts of images.  I keep and file only the best ones.  When downloading I will "uncheck all" and pick only the better images to download into a file in Organizer.  Viewing the details of images at this stage is nearly impossible however.  I was asking if there is a way to enlarge the images at this stage?
