How to exchange PS Premier for PS Elements?

@Ken22449020seti , thanks for letting us know about your experience.  However, as I understand it, the OP purchased from a third party retailer, so the situation is different. 

I did the same thing with the 2022 version, it is an easy thing to do. I contacted the customer servive and chatted with a person who canceled my order. I was then able to download Elements.

This is a user to user forum so there's not much we can say to help you.  Contact Adobe support and they may arrange a "bundle" discount.  But the prices you see online this week are generally the lowest you will see.
