How to get rid of this annoying pop up that has appeared recently when usin PE 14??

Have been using Photoshop Elements 14 for 4 years and recently I suddenly started getting the below annoying pop up window every time every time I open up a photo file which states I must sign in sign within my Adobe ID to use the software required.

This pop up must be addressed by minimizing it every time I open a photo file. How do I get rid of this annoying pop up every time I use the photoshop elements software.

Hello,

Please sign into www.adobe.com using your adobe id, which you used to purchase the product.

Navigate to Manage Account>Plans>My Product.

Under Photoshop Elements you will find the Serial number.

Now when this screen appear, Click on "License the Software". Use the above serial key.

Please let us know if this solves the issue.

Thank you for your response to my problem

I am not using adobe cloud

I purchased the adobe software from B&H about 4 years ago, but cannot find the serial number to use if i reload it

Is it possible to retrieve the original serial number/key to reload the software from the DVD?
