How to have printer move image to far right when blue center lines remain

trying67  wrote when I attempt to print greeting card the 'center lines' remain even though I deselect center. the image that is actually printed is only at the center of card and will not print the part that should be to the far right.

Are you using a template that is designed for the paper stock which you are using?
