How to install Photoshop 23 on my new computer

I am trying to install Photoshop Elements on my new laptop but I receive the error message: "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCR120.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix the problem." I have tried three times. What do I do now?

You need to reinstall the MSVCR120.dll from Microsoft.

You can also try downloading the free Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application. There is no need to subscribe to anything, but I believe it will install the necessary files.
