    Download the pse 10 installer file(s) and use those to install pse 10 on your new computer.

    Download Photoshop Elements | 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10

    If you don't plan on keeping pse 10 on your old computer or are getting rid of it, use Help>Deactivate in the photoshop elements 10 editor so you preserve your two allowed installs.
