How to install PSE12 on new laptop?

I have an old version old Elements 12 and want to install it on my new laptop as my old one has crashed. Can you help please.

Which operating system?

You will need your 24 digit Elements 12 serial number.

Download the installer from Download Photoshop Elements 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, and 7

Install the software and enter your serial number when prompted.

This link provided in 2018 does not have PSE12 anymore. Do you know where I can find an updated link to install PSE12 on a laptop?

Adobe removed public access to all their download links in May 2019. You now have to sign in to your Adobe account and retrieve your downloads that way.

Have you tried the instructions for Photoshop Elements on that page?
