How to install the Adobe Photoshop Elements 2022 extension for Apple Photos?

I am using macOS Monterey 12.4. All my photos are in the related Apple Photos.

Whenever I edit a photo, I would like to click Edit/.../ and choose today's installed Adobe Photoshop Elements 2022. However, it doesn't apprear as option.

How can I get such an extension for Apple Photos?
