To try Photoshop Elements 2018, I took advantage of the free 30-day trial. Currently, there is a discount if Photoshop Elements is purchased before Jan 7. Will I enjoy the discount when the 30-day free trial period ends? If not, is there a way to pay earlier to take advantage of the offer? Thanks.
You won't get the discount when the trial ends if the discount ends before the trial ends.
However, you can pay at any time.
The 30 day free trial is a maximum time limit for free use of the software. You can pay any time before the trial ends. When you launch the trial you should see a screen which offers you to enter a license key (serial number), pay or continue the trial.
