How to permanently set Help page location to UK?

Question

Every time I go into the  help page I get the warning that the "Adobe site doesn't match your location" below this are the two locations UK ? and USA. I am located in the UK , always have been so how do I get rid of this banner? It has been repeatedly appearing since I purchased PSE2025 some time ago and I'm getting a little bit annoyed with it.

At the bottom of most Adobe support pages, you will find a link to Change Regions. Clicking on the link will take you to a dialog where you can change to United Kingdom.

If that doesn't solve your problem, there may be something in your browser's Cookie preferences that is the issue. Have you tried using a different browser?

Another possible issue is if you are using a VPN.
