How to put an acute stroke around the text?

Hi, 

I need to create around the TEXT a stroke with an acute corner like the picture attached, not rounded corner...  I'll go on Layer style and check stroke but I don't find anyone option. Someone can help me? thanksss

Are you using photoshop elements?

What version?

 

With a Layer Style Stroke you need to set the Position to Inside in order to get the sharp corners.
