How to re-download Photoshop Elements 2021?

My computer crashed and I lost everything inculding 2021 elements I purchased it last year and

I cant find it anywhere no one from adobe has messeged me back. how can I get another copy of it to download without having to pay for it.

You can download Elements 2021 here. If you have lost your serial number, click on this link and it will take you to the products page of your Adobe.com account. You may have to sign into your account to reach the page. Your serial number and another download link for the software will be found there.
