I just purchased a boxed Photoshop elements from Best Buy.

The insert card has a 24 character redemption code beginning  with I213-DYM5- etc.

The DVD sleeve has a 8 digit. number.

The box as a 22 digit number under the text PE 2018 MLP CSGN

I'm not sure how to proceed
