How to remove Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 on macOS Monterey (12.2)

Hello everybody,

I've upgraded to a new Macbook with macOS 12.2.

After checking my applications I noticed an old installation of Adobe Photoshop Elements 13.

It doesn't start and also the uninstaller isn't working anymore.

How can I remove it completly manually?
