How to save photoshop elements to adobe account?

Hello, I own a Packard Bell pc and it came with adobe photoshop and premiere elements without any code, but I can use them without paying anything. I want to save these softwares to my adobe account as licenced programs so I can install them again when they get deleted. Otherwise I'll have to re-format my pc to install them. How can I do that?
