How to save recorded audio out with the photo?

Question

So, I want to save my dad's recorded voice as he narrates photos within the Organizer.  I see you can save audio clips with the photo, but is the audio only good for listening to it within Organizer?  I want to send the metadata and photos out to the rest of the family...and if each person must have Photoshop Elements to listen to the audio, then that is no good.  Any suggestions?  Thx!

Create the slideshow, add the audio, choose EXPORT- pick one of the options you like. People simply are not going to sit around and say "WOW!  I better chect out the meta data that came with the slides"   Please don't concern yourself with incuding the image meta data- save yourself the trouble.  Trust me on that.
