Thanks for posting in Adobe forums.

I understand you are facing issue in transferring your program from one machine to another.

Could you please provide me the following information?

- Are you using a Windows or a Mac?

- Which version of Elements are you looking for installation?

- In total how many machines you have used your serial number yet?
