how to turn pan and zoom off when creating photoshop elements 15 slideshow

Does anyone know how to turn pan and zoom off when creating photoshop elements slideshows?  On previous versions it used to be easy, but PE15 I can't find how to do this.

I've created a slideshow using the classic dark theme

are there any other ways of creating blank slideshows and setting it up how you want without using the create -> slideshow and selecting one of the default themes?
