How to Undock the Information Window in PSE 2019?

I just upgraded from PSE 9 to PSE 2019.

In PSE 9, you could undock the Information panel and enlarge the Note box in the Organizer. I cannot find any tools to allow undocking this panel in PSE 2019, or, to allow enlarging the Note box.

Could someone tell me how to do this in PSE 2019?

I don't think you can undock the panel. The best you can do is hover over the left edge of the panel until the cursor changes into a double headed arrow. You can then click and drag the edge of the panel to change its size. The UI font does not change size. (And I'm talking about Windows. I know nothing about Macs.)
