How to uninstall Elements 13

I need to uninstall PSE 13 and Organizer from a Windows 10 Computer.   It does not appear in Control Panel, it does appear as a program though under start and is visible on C:\ drive.

Thanks everyone.   After frustration,  I called customer support.   The support person tried several things and finally deleted the program from windows explorer.

Open it up first, and log out of it, Then work on unistalling it. 

I use CCleaner to remove stuff thatdoesn't show up-- I'm genrally pretty happy with it- have used the free version for years.
