how to use my own music in photoshop 2019

i cannot fine anywhere the steps to take to use my downloaded music for a slideshow. Help?

    Click on the musical note icon in the left hand panel of the Slideshow Editor.  Then click on the icon in the top right corner of the panel.  This will take you to a browse dialog to find your own music. which can then be added to the slideshow.
