Hundreds of tags disappeared. ??

Hundreds of tags spontaneously disappeared for the Elements 10 Organizer category of People. When I call up a tag for Jonelle, who has tags on more than 1,000 photos, the Organizer shows only 50 photos. A search for the name Jonelle in captions brings up most of the 1,000 photos, some of them with the People tag of Jonelle -- but the vast majority of her photos show no tag for the name Jonelle -- they have simply disappeared.

This affects only the People category. Under Places, no tags have disappeared.

This is a disaster for me unless it can be corrected. Thanks for any help.  Don
