i am going to uninstall photoshop elements 2025 but below box appears.

If you follow ​@Srishti Bali’s link to the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool and follow the instructions, you may not see Elements 2025 listed in the Command dialog.  In that case select 1. All.  That should take you to another dialog where Elements 2025 is listed.
