Question

I am trying to do a full Catalog backup on on elements organizer 2020 18.0 and keep getting errors CAXMP file/106567. each time I delete the .xmp file but another pops up. Im using Windows 11 and backing up to an internal drive.

I have been trying for weeks and each time I get an error I follow the instructions of AI eg REpair and Optimize Catalog, thumb.5.cache problem etc. 

Now I need an expert to help me simply backup my catalog

    I can think of two things:   

    It’s a folder permission error
    you have that backup drive set up to sync to the cloud.
