I am trying to install Elements 2026 on a new laptop. I download the program but when I select organizer or editor, it indicates that it is loading, the circle spins for a while and then nothing happens. Thereis no place to enter my purchase info

turn your computer all the way off.  go  get a cup of coffee, turn the computer back on.   betcha it works.

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?
