I am trying to install Elements 2026 on a new laptop. I download the program but when I select organizer or editor, it indicates that it is loading, the circle spins for a while and then nothing happens. Thereis no place to enter my purchase info

If you purchased directly from Adobe your product will be registered automatically to your Adobe account. Click on this link for the products tab and sign into your Adobe account. Then scroll down to the bottom of the list of products.
