I bought elements 11 a couple of years ago and I'm getting quite used to it now. I have just bought a canon 77d and can't get it to open raw files

Can i get an upgrade or do I have to buy completely new software?

    Cameras supported by Camera Raw

Camera Raw plug-in and Adobe application compatibility

The 77D was first supported in Camera Raw 9.10 which is only supported in Elements 15.

    So your options are

    1. Upgrade to Elements 15, or

    2. Download the free DNG converter, convert all Raw files to DNG format then edit the DNG files in Elements 11. An extra step for you but no extra cost.
