I bought photoshop and premier elements 2024 but can't download

A couple of minutes ago I upgrade from 2014 to 2024. I paid by creditcard. I was directed to a site with more products that I can buy, but no downloadbutton. When I chat they say they will connect me to agent. Doesn't happen. Than the conversation is seen as being ended. I paid now 124,63 euro but get no delivery. Adobe says in their chat that they see no buy from me! How is that possible? Can you turn back the payment on my creditcard please? If i pay for software I would like to get the software delivered. adobe doesn't do that!!!

As Greg_S. suggested, you may have been scammed. You may want to contact your credit card company to reverse the charges. Then purchase directly from Adobe.

Did you buy from the Adobe website or a third party? If you didn't purchase from Adobe, you may have been scammed.
