i can not install PSE 2021,i became Error 183

after a new Win 11 install on my pc. everything works fine, but i cannot install PSE 2021. After about 14% i became the error 183. Any idea?

Turn off all anti-virus or firewall software while the installation is taking place.

If that doesn't work, install ALL versions of Microsofts Visual C++ software found here.

Sorry for the late reply. After updating the Visual++ Software I was able to install it. Now it works. many thanks.
