I can't open Photoshop Elements 2021

I purchased a month a go, everything was fine, and suddenly this morning i can't open Photoshop Elements 2021, always loading but won't open at all, i tried to uninstall and re install again, still the same problem, i can not send any screenshoot because Photoshop Elements 2021 doenst launch at all

I am having the same problem, having used PSE20201 for a couple of months now without any problems

now i can see Photoshop Elements 2021 launch, but won't open at all, 1 hour waiting but still the same as the screenshot
