I can't save to JPEG in elements 2016

I recently upgraded to elements 2022 from 2016 and cannot save photos to JPEG format Thanks

Please provide more information.

What steps are you taking? What happens when you try to save to JPEG? Any error messages?

I go to File>Save as Click file type and the JPEG option isnt there Its not greyed out I just isn't there No messages or warnings All other options (PNG TIFF PSD ) are all listed normally
