I cannot find "enhance color" since upgrading to PH Elements 14

In an older version of PH Elements was a simple tool to "enhance" the color of an overall image (or something lassoed). I am not sure if it was called ""enhance color" or "change color"

It showed a few boxes and said "Make more blue" and "Make less blue" (same for green and red and yellow)

You could change the percentage of these changes, it was easy and I used it a lot. It was in the drop down menu from the tap bar "Enhance"

But - I cannot find it since upgrading to PH Elements.

QUESTION: Is it still avalaible as a tool?
