I cannot install Photoshop Elements 2024 on my Windows 10.

The Installer pops up an error, saying "Sign in failed. Please retry to load sign-in window again." But I didn't see the sign-in window yet, and didn't enter any passcode either. Can someone tell me what issue it is and how to fix it? Thanks.

    Sounds like your anti - virus is involved.  Try turning it off for a bit and see how the installer runs.

    Any other ideas, this is not working for me.  I am having the same problem and cannot reach adobe.

    Yes!!! It works now, after I turn off anti-virus and firewall, and reboot the computer. Thank you very much, Glenn! Very appreciate your help!
