I cannot open any file in PE 2020.

I just purchased Photoshop Elements 2020. I only see the home screen, no menu bar. I cannot open any file, nor do I see the menu bar with "FILE > OPEN". Even Drag and Drop on the APP icon does not work. I am on an iMac OS 10.14.

    The Home Screen is only a gateway to the other programs such as the Editor and Organizer. You have to click on the icons to open them. Are you not seeing something like this:

    Thank you for your reply.

    Yes, I've clicked on the Editor, but it never loads. It just spins for several minutes but never loads. I'm stuck on this home screen.

    I've checked to make sure my iMac has the system requirements, and my iMac meets the requirements.

    Any other solutions?
