I cannot save edited images

I Have OS X El Capitan  Version 10.11.6. I have just downloaded the 30 days free trial of Photosfop Elements, but I cannot save the edited images, even if the menu "Save as"opens correctly. It is because it is a free program??

    It may be a permissions issue.
