Question

I'd like to know how to have annoying error messages taken care of by Adobe--I've received them for over 18 months. Thanks

Have you installed anu custom content, such as brushes or any add ons you may have purchased?   Some users have gone as far as putting zipped content into various adobe content  where they don’t belong.

I have not installed anything. I’m using the program as is.

    How often does that happen?

Any particular thing your doing when it happens?

What version of macOS are you using?

Have you ever clicked View report in the Adobe error dialog to see what it says?

Do you ever get a Send to Apple crash report in addition to the Adobe error dialog?

Can you post the Help>System Info from within the Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor by going to Help>System Info, clicking Copy then paste the contents here on the forum?

What version of Photoshop Elements and operating system are you using?

Can you tell us what the error messages say?
