I got a wrong version of Photoshop Element I got an English version in stead of Swedish one that I tought.

I prefer the Swedish one.

How should I handle this problem.

I am registreted by You and I got a download exemple and I paid 993,75SEK for it.

The swedish language is supported on Windows only.

You choose the language during the installation process (be careful to read all promptsj). Since you have already installed the English version, you have to uninstall it and reinstall it (no need to 'sign' out and in), but that can do no harm.
