I have a Surface with 4gb Intel Core i5

I am completely computer dumb.  I trusted Best Buy when I purchased Adoe Premiere Elements 2020.  They said it would work.  I took forever to download and then goes way too slow to run.  Help!

4GB may be enough to start software but most serious software will run pretty slow with such a small memory. And video editing is very serious work indeed.

Is it possible to increase ram on a Surface? I'm like 39 year old 5th
grader at this. Haha
