I have bought Photoshop Elements 13 for about 2 years ago and now I wanted to install it, but the serial-number with [xxxx] was not accepted (invalid).

I have bought Photoshop Elements 13 for about 2 years ago and now I wanted to install it, but the serial-number [xxxx] on was not accepted (invalid). So, what can I do?

    Also, try once again and double and triple check that you have the numbers entered correctly.

    Take a screen shot (don't post it here) so you'll have it when Adobe Support asks if you entered it correctly.
